Quick & Healthy Recipes with Keith – Creamy Pomegranate Salad Dressing

Rhythm Superfoods’ Creative Director, Keith Wahrer, shows us how to make a delicious, oil-free salad dressing in under three minutes. The recipes is as follows: 4 tbsp. raw tahini (sesame seeds ground into a butter) 4 tsp. pomegranate molasses (available at any international grocery store) fresh beet – thumb-sized piece fresh ginger – pinky-sized piece 1 lemon – freshly squeezed 1 tbsp. coconut sugar (or natural sweetener of your choice, or non at all) 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt (or other high quality salt) 1/2 cup clean water (spring, purified, or distilled) (optional: 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper) This recipe easily serves four.
