Water Crystal Experiment Weight Loss Diet Vlog

A fellow weight watcher and friend ask me if I would do 100 Days Of Consciousness with her. 100 Days Of Consciousness begins January 1, 2012. This isn’t a fad diet we our trying, it is something we are making up as we go. We are both on Weight Watchers for our weight. What the 100 Days Of Consciousness is about is us making the body, mind, and spirit connections for the two of us. For The First 21 Days 1. We are starting our mornings with a cellular level meditation. 2. We will each be visualizing and writing down what comes to us. 3. All water taken in by us will be blessed frozen spring water labeled with positive affirmations. 4. Limited meat intake. 5. Logging our calories and food intake on weight watchers online. 6.
