    You can not target weight loss. If you want to lose weight on your belly you must lose it everywhere. Just do cardio. Sit ups, push ups, jogging and stop eating trashy food.

    Yep! Everyone has abs you just have to have a low enough body fat percentage for them to be visible!

    Crunches, running, any sort of ab workout.

    you can’t tone belly fat specifically…but the best way to lose fat is a low calorie diet and cardio.
