Renegade Recipe Guide

My 5 year old son is having an exotic animal party… I need to make a cake. I was thinking Lizard? Gecko? Chameleon? Any advise on which book might have a guide on how to make one out of sugar craft paste?? I’m quite good at modelling – but need either a detailed pic or a guide!
Lizzy Lizard
RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
* 1 cake mix (any flavor)
* 1 cup flour
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 small box pudding
* Pinch of salt
* 4 jumbo eggs
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1 1/3 cups whole milk
* 1 cube of butter, melted
* Any buttercream
* Fondant to cover lizzard
* Gumpaste for tongue and other details
1.
Bake cake in a 9″x13″ pan at 325 degrees. May take up to an hour or more. Let cool.
2.
Cut cake lengthwise. Place one half on a covered foamboard shaped for the lizard. Spread buttercream on top and then place other half of cake on top of buttercream.
3.
Carve the cake into a lizard shape, just tapering the tail end a little. Cover with buttercream.
Roll out fondant to cover body plus a little extra in the tail area to form the tail.
4.
Legs, eyes, and tongue are made ahead of time to allow for drying time.

Does anyone know of a Recipe/Guide on how to make Chicharrones. I know a little bit but not enough to give it a try. Just the basic; salt, pepper, pork rind with a little fat…. Can anyone help me out?
Chicharrones recipe (pork cracklings)
2 lbs pork rind or skin [trim most of the fat and discard]
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
Cooking oil for deep fat frying
Cut pork rind into 2-inch squares. sprinkle with salt, spread on cookie sheet in one layer and bake in a 250 F oven for 3 hours.
Cool and set aside in covered jars until ready to use. When needed, pour oil to about 1/3 the depth of the pan. Heat 5-8 minutes on medium high heat. Fry pork rinds until they puff up [about 3-5 minutes].
Drain and serve with a dipping sauce which is a mixture of 2 Tbsps vinegar, 1/8 tsp salt and 1 clove crushed garlic. [Dash of black pepper optional.]

i remember making small christmas trees out of lolly mint leaves but i cant find a how to or anything like that to make them and not sure how to go about to so.
i have looked all over the net for something but have come up short
i would like pictures as im planning to do this for my mothers group and need for them to be able to take home the recipe.
i would like it to be edible, it was just mint leaves and a sugar like “glue” that would help them stick together
Make a tabletop Christmas tree. Purchase a small silk evergreen tree at a craft store, and use a hot glue gun to attach mint leaves and pinecones to the branches. Attach dried moss or a lace doily to the base of the tree.
I found a recipe guide for my project in the internet. It involves mixing sulfuric and nitric acid. What would happen if i combine the two?
